 SUSAN C. VILLARREAL
Susan is a third generation native of Arizona. She was born in Morenci, Arizona and graduated
Valedictorian from Clifton High School in 1968. She earned a bachelor's degree (1972),
Masters of Education, (1985); and Juris Doctorate (1991) from the
University of Arizona. Susan was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1991. She served as a judicial law clerk to three
United States District Court judges for eight years. She is a member of the Arizona
State Bar, Pima County Bar Association, Southern Arizona Estate Planning
Council, and National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Susan is Chair of the
Board of Directors for the
Sahuaro Girl Scout
Council. She is past president of the
Arizona Women
Lawyers Association and member of the American Bar Association's
House of Delegates for the
State Bar. Susan
was named the Outstanding Volunteer Lawyer for March 2009 by Pima
County’s Volunteer Lawyer Program. She serves on the University of
Arizona Foundation Planned Giving Professional Advisory Council.
Susan is a certified Private Fiduciary and limits her practice to the areas of
Wills, Trusts, Probate Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
